At Forplay Catalog, we want you to feel confident and sexy in every purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, have original tags attached, and include the sanitary liner where applicable.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
